To speak of nature in Chipiona is to speak of the Pinar de la Villa, one of the most beautiful parts of this town in Cadiz, Spain. You´ll find thousands of pinenut pinetrees, as well as other types of vegetation. It is an area with a varied fauna that you will surely enjoy. Of it´s fauna we can speak of the lizards, doormouse, rabbits, reptiles, the common chameleon and much much more.
As to what the flora and fauna in Chipiona is concerned we cannot forget the obvious importance of the corrales with it´s red and green algae, algae with high contents of iodine. Shrimp, crabs, sea urchins and sea anemones amongst others. |
